Corporate pricing, on quote
Corporate is billed per card and per month (excluding VAT), with a set-up fee, from 25 cards. Annual billing by default (monthly possible), PDF invoice, in Peppol format if you have a Peppol ID, and an online payment link. Request a quote.
Hiring new people during the year? The extra cards are billed on a pro rata supplementary invoice.
Frequently asked questions
From how many cards?
Corporate starts at 25 cards, with no upper limit. Below that, the Premium plan already covers unlimited cards for a company.
Who designs our cards?
The bloo.Cards team, from your brand guidelines: layout, colours, font, header image, background, languages and search settings. The result is identical on all your cards.
Can an employee change the design or the shared modules?
No. They edit their contact details, photo and personal modules. The rest is shown with the note “Managed by your company”.
How do we add or remove employees?
From your file or from each member's profile: arrivals, updates and departures take a few clicks, and nothing is deactivated without your confirmation.
What happens to the card of an employee who leaves the company?
Their card is paused and their Wallet is disconnected. It is never assigned to another person.
Are our cards multilingual?
Yes: French, Dutch, German and English. Invitations and e-mails are sent in each employee's language.
How does payment work?
An annual invoice (monthly possible), payable online. The renewal is invoiced before the due date.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, in line with the GDPR. Each administrator only sees the cards within their scope.
