In short

bloo.Cards is a digital business card with a built-in network and mini-CRM. A freelancer shares their card by QR code, NFC or link; the people who leave their details or accept the connection join their address book. Their card stays up to date on the others' side, and each one can create their own free card: the network grows with every exchange.

Why does a freelancer lose clients after the encounter?

The problem isn't meeting people. It's what happens afterwards.

The encounter with no follow-up

A conversation at a trade show, an exchange of paper cards, and three weeks later no one remembers anyone.

The card that lies

A new number, a new address, a new specialty: your old cards keep circulating with the wrong information.

The CRM there's no time to keep up

Retyping contacts in the evening is an unbilled hour. So it doesn't get done.

Word of mouth with no tools

People recommend you with a first name and a scribbled number. The prospect can't find you.

How does bloo.Cards keep the link with your network?

Your card doesn't stop at the encounter. It stays a living link, on both sides.

Always up to date, for good

You change a number or a specialty: your link and your QR code open the new version, and your card shows up to date in your contacts' bloo.Cards network. A vCard file saved in a phone, on the other hand, stays frozen: that's why the bloo.Cards connection matters.

A two-way link

When you accept a connection request, their card joins your network and yours joins theirs. Your client has you on hand the day they need you, or need to recommend you.

A permanent channel

The News and Promotions modules give your contacts a reason to reopen your card. You stay present without sending emails.

Figures to decide

Views, QR scans, shares and saved contact records: you know which trade show, which medium or which email signature pays off.

How does your network grow on its own?

Every exchange feeds the next. It's a loop, and all you have to do is start it.

The bloo.Cards network loop in six steps You share, someone opens your card, they keep the link, the network becomes reciprocal, they recommend you, they find you, and the loop starts again. 1 2 3 4 5 6
  1. You share QR code, NFC tap, link in your email signature, on your vehicle, your quotes or your invoices.
  2. Someone opens your card No app, in any browser. The person discovers your services, your work and your reviews.
  3. They keep the link They leave their details from your card: they land in your Wallet. Or they create their own free card from yours.
  4. The network becomes reciprocal With their card, they send you a connection request. You accept: you're in each other's network.
  5. They recommend you Your card, up to date, is in their network. When someone asks them for a good professional, they pass on your link, not a scribbled number.
  6. They find you If you make your profile public and indexable, your card appears in the bloo.Cards directory and becomes readable by Google and the AI answer engines. New people open your card, and the loop starts again.

A network that has value

A simple scan only passes you statistics, never the person's identity. A contact only enters your address book if they leave you their details or if you accept their connection request. Each record is therefore someone who chose to keep the link with you.

What is the blooCRM, and what does it do for you?

The blooCRM is the mini-CRM built into bloo.Cards. No software to install, no training: it's in your Wallet and in your back office.

  • Qualify on the spot Lead, client, supplier or partner: you classify the relationship from your phone, right after the encounter.
  • Never forget to follow up Follow-ups and deals in progress, in the same place as your contacts.
  • Capture in one gesture The quick capture and the paper-card scanner in the Wallet bring into your network the cards people still hand you.
  • Know where each contact comes from The source, the context and the date come with the record.
  • Zero duplicates Deduplication by email and then by mobile avoids duplicate records.
  • Go further with Signature Private notes, favorites, CSV / vCard export to your spreadsheet or your CRM, and advanced statistics, in the back office.

  • Your catalogue or your rates in PDF
  • Your work, your reviews and your testimonials
  • A FAQ that answers before the question is asked

For you

  • An address book of qualified contacts, with their origin
  • Your follow-ups and your deals in progress
  • Your card's figures: views, scans, shares
  • Your quote and appointment requests in one place

Appointment booking and quote requests are business modules: one is included per card from Pro. See the 44 modules

Example: a freelance osteopath, from the encounter to the recommendation

Illustrative example.

  1. At a wellness fair, she shares her card with an NFC tap.
  2. A visitor opens the card, reads the reviews and books an appointment from the appointment-booking module.
  3. She leaves her details: the record lands in the osteopath's Wallet, with the context of the fair.
  4. The osteopath classifies her as a « lead » from her phone and notes a follow-up.
  5. After the session, the patient creates her own free card and sends a connection request: they're in each other's network.
  6. Two months later, a friend of the patient is looking for an osteopath. She receives the link to the card, still up to date, and books an appointment.
