Store chains & multi-site networks

One network, one brand, one card per location.

HQ publishes once. Each store keeps its own hours, team and local offers. And every customer met in-store finally leaves a useful trace.

The problem of a multi-site network

Outdated collateral

Each store prints its own signage, often out of date: wrong hours, expired promotions, obsolete contact details.

Campaigns that don't land

HQ launches a national promotion, but it never really reaches the counter of each location.

Customers without a trace

Hundreds of customers walk through each week and leave without a single contact being captured.

Common content, local content

HQ manages the brand once. Each store keeps control of what is its own. Both live on the same card.

Diagram: the HQ master card publishes global modules to the cards of stores A, B and C. The HQ master card broadcasts the common modules (brand, national promotions, catalog). Each store adds its local modules (hours, team, local offers). Common, driven by HQ

Brand presentation, values, national promotions, catalog, FAQ, job offers, reviews, social networks.

Specific to each store

Address and directions, hours (including exceptional ones), team, direct phone, local promotions, appointment booking.

HQ switches a module to global in one click. Local content is never overwritten: it comes back if the module returns to local.

Locked identity: layout, colors and font enforced by HQ, plus a private template reserved for the brand.

Roll out 10, 100 or 500 cards at once

Import your employees or locations from a CSV/XLSX file, with a ZIP of photos. Cards are created automatically, with no duplicates on a new upload, and invitations go out when HQ decides.

No. Common content is published by HQ in global mode. Each store keeps control of its local modules (hours, team, local offers).

What happens to local content when a module goes global?

It is kept, not overwritten. If HQ switches the module back to local, the store's own content reappears exactly as it was.

How do I roll out 200 cards?

By importing a CSV/XLSX file and a ZIP of photos: cards are created automatically, with no duplicates, and invitations go out when you decide.
