Every hire or role change needs a new card, a new title, new contact details.

Scenario: a group of 300 employees

  1. Management creates the master card: private template, locked identity, common content.
  2. HR or marketing import 300 employees from a CSV/XLSX file, with their photos.
  3. Cards are created without duplicates; invitations go out when management decides.
  4. At the fair, each salesperson shares their card by QR or NFC and scans the paper cards received.
  5. Contacts join the company network, then the CRM (CSV/vCard export today).
  6. A brand message changes: management publishes it once and all 300 cards update.
