Restaurants and cafés

One table, one QR: menu, booking and reviews.

A QR on the table, in the window or on the bill opens your card: today's menu, booking, directions, opening hours, and the chance to leave a review. You change everything in minutes, with no reprinting.

Who is it for?

For restaurants, brasseries, cafés, tea rooms, food trucks and caterers: anywhere guests wonder “is it open?”, “what's on the menu?” and “can I book?”.

  • Restaurants and brasseries
  • Cafés and tea rooms
  • Bakeries and pastry shops
  • Food trucks and caterers
  • Bars and lounges

What gets in the way today

A menu to reprint

Dish of the day, prices, seasonal suggestions: every change costs a print run, and the paper version is often already out of date.

Calls in the middle of service

The phone rings for a booking, opening hours or an address the guest could have found alone.

Reviews that are rare

Few guests think of leaving a review, yet it weighs heavily in choosing a restaurant.

Scenario: a neighbourhood restaurant, from the QR on the table to the booked table

  1. You put a QR on every table, in the window and on the bill.
  2. A guest scans: the daily menu, opening hours and photos show in their browser.
  3. A passer-by books for Saturday evening: date, service, number of covers.
  4. The request reaches your back office and you confirm it.
  5. After the meal, the guest leaves a review; if it is positive, it can be redirected to Google.
  6. The next day you change the dish of the day: every QR shows the new version.

Frequently asked questions

How do my guests book?

Through the Restaurant Reservation module: they choose a date, a service and the number of covers; you receive and confirm the request in your back office.

Do I reprint the QR when the menu changes?

No. The QR always points to the latest version of your card: edit the menu and it is up to date everywhere.

Can I show the card in several languages?

Yes: French, Dutch, German and English with paid plans. You enter the translations yourself; automatic translation only runs at your request, after the price is shown.

Are booking and loyalty free?

They are business modules: from Pro, one business module is included per card; each additional one costs €1.99/month. The free card does not include them.

A QR on the table. The rest updates itself.

Create your restaurant's card for free, turn on booking and the menu, then print the QR.
