Every bloo.Cards Wallet already holds a loyalty card: your customers have nothing to install or fill in. You switch on the Loyalty module on your card in 3 minutes, for €1.99 incl. VAT per month. Stamps, gift vouchers, QR code redemption and sales journal: the rest is automatic.

Switch on the Loyalty module
In your back office, add the Loyalty module to your card. It shows up at once on your card and in your customers’ Wallet.
Choose your rule
For example: buy 5 sandwiches, get the 6th free. Or points per euro, a percentage discount, a voucher for an amount. You also set how long vouchers stay valid.
Scan at every visit
From your Wallet, in merchant mode, you scan the QR code of your customer’s card and enter the amount. That’s it.
What runs by itself
Your customer’s card
It is created at the first scan, with no sign-up. The stamp appears live in their Wallet while they show you their QR code.
The gift voucher
Card complete: the voucher lands in your customer’s « My gift vouchers » and a new card opens. Purchases made before the voucher is used already count on the next card.
Redeeming the voucher
You scan the voucher’s QR code and enter the purchase amount: the voucher applies in full or in part, and the amount left to pay is shown. An amount voucher keeps its balance.
The sales journal
Every sale is linked to the voucher that paid for it (matching), with the rest collected outside bloo.Cards. Accounting export in one click.
Vouchers to redeem
Your back office shows vouchers in circulation, their value and those expiring soon. You can extend a voucher or offer a goodwill gesture.
Nothing is ever erased
A till error is fixed with a reversal entry: the sale stays in the journal and the correction is added with its reason. Every operation is recorded in the blooChain.

Frequently asked questions
Do my customers have to install an app?
No. The loyalty card lives in the bloo.Cards Wallet, opened in the phone’s browser. It is created at the first scan in your shop.
Does bloo.Cards collect payments?
No. bloo.Cards records the sale and applies the voucher; the amount left to pay is shown and you collect it with your usual payment method.
Can a customer reuse a screenshot?
No. The card’s QR code changes every 30 seconds, and a voucher can only be redeemed once, only in your shop.
What if I make a mistake at the till?
You reverse the sale: for 5 minutes from the scanner, then from the back office. The sale stays in the journal and the correction is added with its reason; the stamp is removed and a used voucher is given back to the customer.
How much does it cost?
The Loyalty module costs €1.99 incl. VAT per month. Your customers pay nothing.
