Your customers don’t follow you: they keep you.
bloo.Cards is the relationship network that connects your company with its customers, prospects and suppliers. One scan is enough; the link stays.

What is bloo.Cards?
bloo.Cards is a digital business-card and smart-profile platform (designed in Belgium, hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant) that lets any person or organization publish an always-up-to-date professional profile shared by link, QR code or NFC.
It turns every meeting into a lasting relationship: the contact you exchange lands in your address book (exportable to your CRM), and the card stays in the customer’s phone for booking, calling or coming back.
Publisher: Molderez-Consult SRL, Belgium. Hosted in the European Union. Website available in French, Dutch, German and English.
Where your customer relationships leak today
bloo.Cards addresses five losses that most companies suffer without measuring them.
The paper card ends up in a drawer
It can't be updated, is hard to find again and leaves no trace of the exchange: follow-up rarely starts.
Your audience is rented from social networks
Your followers belong to the platform, which decides who sees your posts.
The customer forgets after the visit
Without a simple point of contact, a good meeting doesn't become a relationship: the customer no longer knows where to find you.
The salesperson leaves with their contacts
When an employee leaves the company, the relationship with their customers leaves too.
The image is inconsistent and cards keep being reprinted
Every employee has their own version, and each change of role or number means a reprint.
A relationship network, not an audience
For a small business, it is an alternative to social networks: a social network gives you followers; bloo.Cards gives you contacts you have actually met, and that you keep.
| Criterion | Typical social network | bloo.Cards |
|---|---|---|
| Origin of the link | A subscription: the customer follows you on a platform. | A real meeting: a scan, a card exchange or a message from your card. |
| Who sees your content | The platform decides, according to its algorithm. | Anyone who opens your card always sees the latest version, with no algorithm in between. |
| Owner of the link | The platform. | You: the contact lands in your address book. |
| Data | Statistics and audience stay with the platform. | Your contacts and notes belong to you and are not public; CSV and vCard export is available. |
| Cost of being seen | Reaching your own followers may require advertising. | None: the free card is free for life; paid plans add modules and the network. |
| Hosting | Set by the platform. | European Union. |

Continuity by role Coming soon

Eight concrete benefits to keep your customers
Each benefit matches a feature you can try today, except where marked “Coming soon”.
Acquisition: one scan is enough
The customer scans the QR code or taps their phone on the NFC card, and your profile opens without an app. They save your details in one gesture or write to you from the card.
Discover the cardRetention: the link stays in the phone
The saved card always shows the latest version: new number, promotion, dish of the day. The customer has to do nothing to stay up to date.
The bloo.Cards networkContinuity by role Coming soon
The relationship should belong to the role as much as to the person. When a salesperson changes position, the card would be reassigned and customers would keep the same point of contact. This feature is in preparation and not yet available.
Consent-based data
Every contact comes from a voluntary gesture: the customer saves your card, writes to you or exchanges theirs. Your contacts and notes belong to you, are not public, and are hosted in the European Union.
Security and GDPRA direct channel
The News, Promotions and Job offers modules turn your card into a living channel the customer finds when they need it. No algorithm sits between you.
The 34 modulesA unified image
With Premium, a company manages all its cards from a single account and keeps a consistent presentation from one person to the next. A new number or job title is updated on the card, with no reprint.
See the plansClear measurement
Views, QR scans, shares and saved contact cards: you see what your card produces. With Signature, history goes back up to 365 days, by source, device, country and city.
The statisticsSovereignty and sustainability
Belgian publisher, hosting in the European Union, no dependence on an advertising platform. A tree is planted for every paid subscription, and the card avoids reprints.
Security and hosting
Why your customers adopt it
A customer adopts bloo.Cards because there is nothing to install, the card doesn't pester them and it is useful straight away.
Nothing to install
The card opens in the phone's browser after a scan or an NFC tap: no app, no account needed to view it.
No noise
No feed to follow: the card is there when the customer needs it, and only then.
Immediate usefulness
Call, write, book, find the route, check opening hours: every button answers something the customer wants to do right away.
Control over the link
The customer decides whether to save your card and whether to reply, and can hide an exchange in their Wallet.
bloo.Cards by sector, from restaurants to sales teams
The same foundation serves five situations; each row links to its dedicated page.
| Segment | Problem | What bloo.Cards changes | Key modules |
|---|---|---|---|
| Restaurants and local retail | Menus to reprint, phone calls during service, few reviews. | A QR code on the table or in the window: up-to-date menu, booking, reviews redirected to Google, loyalty in the Wallet. | Restaurant booking, Menu, Reviews, Opening hours |
| B2B SMEs and sales teams | Trade-show contacts retyped by hand, patchy follow-up. | Each salesperson exchanges their card, scans paper cards and exports contacts to the CRM (native connectors to come). | Address book, Contact form, Appointment booking, PDF catalogue |
| Corporate and HR | Inconsistent image from one employee to the next, cards redone with every change. | All team cards managed from one account (Premium); custom design and centralised management on quote (Corporate). | Team, Job offers, News, About |
| Events and trade shows | Paper cards to enter after the event, lost contacts. | Cards are exchanged on the spot, received paper cards are scanned, and every contact is in the address book the same day. | Contact form, Wallet, Address book, Appointment booking |
| Independent professionals | Introducing yourself, getting appointments and building trust without a heavy website. | A clear profile with online appointments, reviews and opening hours, updated in minutes. | Appointment booking, Services, Reviews, Opening hours |
Compared with the alternatives: paper, social networks, classic digital cards
Each alternative does one thing well; bloo.Cards aims to bring them together around the same contact.
| Category | What it does well | What it lacks |
|---|---|---|
| Paper card | A familiar gesture, usable anywhere, no screen needed. | Cannot be updated, is hard to find again, measures nothing. |
| Social networks | A large audience and the discovery of new profiles. | The audience belongs to the platform; a follower is not a contact you can reach out to again yourself. |
| Classic digital business cards | Fast sharing of contact details by link, QR code or NFC. | Many stop at the contact sheet: no shared address book, no follow-up after the exchange. |
| Messaging apps | Instant replies and direct conversation. | The contact stays in a conversation, not in an address book; nothing presents your business. |
| Loyalty cards | A clear reason to come back, with stamps or points. | One card per shop, disconnected from the rest of the relationship: no contact details, no booking, no reviews. |
| Link pages | A single page that gathers all your links. | No card exchange, no address book, no contact follow-up. |
The combination that makes the difference: physical NFC card + modular profile + card exchange + CRM + continuity by role + European hosting + AI readability.
Note: continuity by role is in preparation and native CRM connectors are rolling out; CSV and vCard export is available today.
Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The card opens directly in the phone's browser after scanning a QR code or tapping an NFC card: nothing to download and no account needed to view it. The customer can then save your details to their contacts or, if they wish, add your card to their bloo.Cards Wallet to find it again and exchange their own.
Does bloo.Cards replace our social networks?
No, it complements them. Social networks remain useful for visibility; bloo.Cards is for keeping in touch with people you have actually met. Each card can link to your social profiles, and the saved contact stays in your address book, whatever platform they follow you on.
Is it GDPR-compliant and where is the data hosted?
The data is hosted in the European Union and processed in line with the GDPR; the publisher, Molderez-Consult SRL, is a Belgian company. Your contacts and notes belong to you and are not public. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. No external certification is claimed; details are on the Security page.
What happens to contacts when a salesperson leaves the company?
Continuity by role is not available yet: it is in preparation. The goal is for a card to be tied to a position and reassigned to a successor, so customers keep the same point of contact. Until then, a Premium company manages all its cards from a single account, and CSV and vCard export of contacts is available.
Does bloo.Cards replace our CRM?
No: bloo.Cards feeds your CRM, it does not replace it. It captures meetings (card exchange, scanned paper card, form) and keeps a simple address book with notes, follow-ups and deals. CSV and vCard export is available today; native connectors to the main CRMs are coming, send-only: bloo.Cards neither reads nor changes your CRM data.
Will my customers keep the card in their phone?
They keep it if they find it useful straight away, and that is the role of every module. A customer can save your contact card to their contacts or add your card to their Wallet; the card then always shows the latest version (opening hours, promotion, number). We promise no retention rate: it all depends on how useful your content is.
How much does bloo.Cards cost compared with paper cards?
The free card is free for life; paid plans start at €4.99/month (€3.99/month when paid yearly), VAT included. A physical NFC PVC card costs €9.99 once, delivery in Belgium and Luxembourg included. Unlike paper, a new number or job title needs no reprint. For a team, Premium (€44.99/month) covers an unlimited number of cards.
Do you need many users for the network to be useful?
No: from the very first card the network is useful, because it does not depend on the number of bloo.Cards users. Your contacts need no account to save your contact card or write to you; card exchange between members comes on top. The more customers and partners adopt it, the richer the network gets, but it works from day one.
